The beginning of a Passion:

Growing up in a war-torn country was not easy especially in a closed-up society that was very restrictive in every way imaginable.  I found refuge in reading, music, swimming, and drawing.  Ever since childhood, I have been drawn to the mystical, magical, and unknown.  When I was around twelve, I would sneak into my father’s library of rare- worm chewed up books and read.  Although I had a deep interest in nutrition and I really wanted to be an artist, my love for books and reading enabled me to later receive degrees in philosophy, archaeology, archival administration, and fine art.

Embodiment

The seeker in me was never satisfied with being an academic.  I could sense there was more for me to learn, deeper more intangible truths not found in books. Truths that required me to be in my body so I pursued the study of yoga, Ayurveda, breathwork, energy work, and trauma release techniques.  I have met and worked with some powerful mystics and spiritual teachers along my journeys.  I carry most of their teachings within me and use these teachings to assist others around me.

My Teachers

Teachers that I have followed closely over the years attended retreats with or worked with are, in no specific order:  Alex and Allyson Grey, Shiva Rea, Sandra Ingerman, Llewellyn Vaughn Lee, Dr. Scott Blossom, Frank Levey, Caroline Myss, Nancy O’Donahue, Evette Rose, and Mariana Caplan.

How I can Help

I started out my path as an archaeologist and a museum curator, and while both were fulfilling on some level, there was more I needed to do in this world besides work with art, artifacts, and archives.  I am passionate about helping individuals access their creative self by completing trauma, through several modalities.  I am gifted at holding space for whatever arises.  I am highly empathic and intuitive, and I come from a place of extreme equanimity and non-judgment.

I recognize that the ultimate responsibility for healing is up to the individual, and I strongly believe that in order to access one’s creative abilities, readiness is required, and there is a necessity to release previously held beliefs about oneself, and the world.  I am very interested in the creative powers of the sacred womb as well as the link between sexuality, and creativity, and how suppression of creativity and misuse of sexuality is one of the primary reasons we have criminals, and sociopaths in our societies.  My yoga flows are designed to specifically target the womb area on a physical and subtle level in one way or another.

I hope you enjoy browsing through my art and reading my blog.  Mostly, I encourage you to book a private online or in-person session with me to discuss how I may be able to assist you.
