Join me for a slower paced yin yoga class.

Yin yoga is a style of poses, or asanas, held for longer periods of time. Holding poses ranges from 45 seconds to two minutes for beginners and for more advanced practitioners it is anywhere from five minutes  or more.

Such poses are good to relax and release the the connective tissues of the body, the tendons, ligaments and fasciae. They also on stimulating the channels of the subtle body.
